Carolyn attended Macleay College in Sydney full time for 12 months to complete her Associate Diploma in Real Estate in 1995. While studying she held a position in one of Sydney’s Northern Beach’s top real estate firms, where she was trained in both Office Management and as a Senior Property Manager by one of the area’s best.
It was not long before Carolyn moved into Senior Management and had organically doubled the company’s rent roll through predominantly referrals (a testament to her professionalism and customer service) Carolyn took on a Junior Property Manager and together they went on to successfully manage a portfolio of over 300 properties.
Carolyn’s passion and drive to succeed rubs off on her team, maintaining high levels of motivation around the office. Carolyn is dedicated to providing on-going training and support to ensure best practice and exceptional service. Carolyn believes in an office environment which is positive, full-filling and fun. In turn we have happy staff and most importantly happy clients.
